After obtaining a BA in English and History in 1998, David Lachman trained for the ministry in Greenville Seminary (SC, USA) from 2000-2005 and then in the Free Church of Scotland (Continuing) College from 2009-2011. He was ordained as an elder in Shettleston FCC in 2008 and then ordained to the pastoral ministry in 2011. He served as vice-principal of Covenant College in Petauke, Zambia, from 2011-2016. He is presently pastor of the Southern Presbyterian Church in Hobart, Tasmania. David is married to Katie and has five children.
