Dr. Jerry R. Harmon was educated at Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary in Memphis, TN where he received a Master of Divinity and a Ph.D majoring in Hebrew and OT with minors in NT Greek and Theology. Dr. Harmon also did graduate studies in Hebrew at Johns Hopkins University in his hometown, Baltimore, MD. Dr. Harmon and his wife, Carolyn, live in the Baltimore area, where he is Senior Pastor of Grace Bible Baptist Church. The Harmons have four adult children: Abby (who lives in London England with her husband Will and son Theo), Jeremiah, Josiah and Annie (who resides in Tennessee with her husband Jonathan). When he is not preaching, Dr. Harmon enjoys participating in archaeology digs in Israel, lecturing or serving as an adjunct in various seminaries, spending time with his family, working with the church staff, and getting to know the folks of Grace Bible Baptist Church.
