This sermon is the second sermon on Joshua's confession, "As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord." The focus on of sermon is what it means for a leader of a home to make and live this confession in his everyday life with his family. It is a home that worships Jehovah, strives to be obedient to Jehovah, and forsakes all idolatry that is opposed to the service of Jehovah.
