Jesus Describes Himself

Jesus starts the book of Revelation and each letter with a description of some aspect of His glory. The most important principle for dealing with problems in the church is to gaze upon the glory of Christ. The descriptions come as threats to cause fear and awe, and positive descriptions to make us hope in His goodness.
