The Blessings of Christian Community

Many people think of the church as a building or an institution, or a worship service. But the church is the people. It is a community of believers who work together to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ. The early church as described in Acts 2 experienced God’s blessings because they were devoted to worship, partnership, and fellowship. The Christian community is unlike any other community in that they share a common bond in Jesus Christ and share the love and grace of God. As a result, they experience joy as members of the family of God.
