Sinners In the Hands of an Angry God - Read from His Own Handwriting - June 1741 - Not a word added - not a paraphased copy

7,201

This recording was read from the Original handwritten manuscript (Yale University) from Jonathan Edwards; dated June 1741. Unlike the other copies provided which have made corrections and added words for easy of reading that everyone seems to hear. This reading is read as the sermon was given....nothing taken away and nothing added. It is amazing that everyone I have heard recorded is Not from the original manuscript and not exact.

This is considered to be one of the most famous sermons in American history, "Sinners in the Hands of an Angry God" was first delivered in Enfield, Connecticut on July 8, 1741. This manuscript is dated June, 1741.

Jonathan Edwards is documented as one of my great great great...etc Uncles. Always read from as close to the original date of printing as possible to avoid good meaning people changing the meaning by changing the text. That is why I went to the Original handwritten text to see what he wrote and what words were made out to be given more attention too when read.
