- Christ suffered for us as an example (Verse 21)
- He did no sin and no guile was found in his mouth (Verse 22)
- when he suffered, he threatened not, but committed himself to judge righteously (Verse 23)
- He bore our sins in his own body so that we may live unto righteousness (Verse 24)
- He is the Shepherd and Bishop of our souls (Verse 25)
