Job's suffering causes him to respond in numerous ways--some good, some not so good. However, above all, Job's worldview that his Redeemer lives and will vindicate him overrides every circumstance. In contrast, the worldviews of his "comforters" cause them to counsel Job in accordance with their worldview. We all have biases (worldviews) that impact what we do and moreover what we teach others.
