9 Truths from Romans 9

There are many truths contained in the 9th chapter of Romans that have been largely rejected by the popular religion of our day. The following are nine truths taught by the apostle Paul that all Christians should embrace, regardless of the traditions in which they have been raised.

1. Paul desired others to know the truth (v1-5).
2. Not all Israelites are elect (v6-8).
3. Election is true and not of works (v9-11).
4. Salvation is not as you think it OUGHT to be (v12).
5. God does not love all men (v13).
6. Salvation is by the sovereign mercy of God (v14-18).
7. This is God's prerogative (v19-23).
8. Both Jews and Gentiles are among the elect (v24-29).
9. Faith embraces the righteousness of Christ (v30-33).
