God's Promise and Warning Spoken Through Samuel

Samuel brought God's message to the Israelites. He reminded them of God's promise of mercy and also warned them of the consequences of their disobedience. Having both integrity and authority from God, Samuel refocused the people's attention on doctrine, manifesting God's sovereignty and glory.
