Salt, Light and Good Works

In laying out his declaration of our need for the Gospel, Paul has confronted us with the fact that it is all of God's Grace so that it might all be for God's glory. We have been saved through faith in Christ, not that we should or could boast, but that we might bring glory to God. In His sermon on the mount, Jesus gives us direction on what it is to live for God's glory. We are called upon to be salt and light to a lost world, we are to be doing good works in a way that brings Glory to our Father in heaven.
