Pray Like This, Pt. 2: Hallowed Be Thy Name

We generally only use the word "hallow" on Halloween and in the Lord's Prayer. What does it mean to hallow God's name? It means the opposite of profaning His name. It means enhancing His reputation. It means making Him look good, making His holiness clear. To hallow God's name is to demonstrate His worth and holiness in everything He uses to reveal Himself. That has implications for how we live, how we worship, how we talk, and what we use to motivate ourselves. You can't hallow God's name with profanity!
