Mark 5.1-20 The Mercy of the Lord

Demon-possession can become a taboo. Something that is spoken of in front of a camp-fire for the thrills of the story. But when we encounter demon-possession in the New Testament, the stories are never disconnected from the revelation of our Lord. For he is Lord over all, including the demons, and it reveals that his mercy reigns over the oppressed.
