The Authority of Christ

The authority of Jesus is compelling. Fishermen leave their livelihood at His word, people are astonished at the authority of His teaching and demons cannot but submit to His command. Here is One who's authority is worthy of our trust.
The Kingdom of God is seen in the power of His words and in His action of dispelling the darkness and healing the sick. In all this God Himself is attesting to the authority of His Christ who has come to set us free.
Many today speak with great 'authority' about what is true and the world blindly follows. Jesus did not merely claim to have authority - He demonstrated it! Those who follow Him will not be disappointed.
