The New Testament replaces Moses as far as civil and ceremonial matters are concerned. The moral law is written on the heart of the Mediator first and then on the hearts of His people. The Blood of Christ is the blood of the New Testament, which was determined in the counsels of the Holy Trinity before all ages, but is manifest in these last days.
