Examples abound as to how our society today is one that firmly believes in "instant gratification." Some of those examples are harmless; some are deadly. Our passage this morning, contrary to society's thoughts, teaches us the blessing found in "delayed gratification." Little foxes abound in our vineyards, and this truth pushes us into the arms of Christ.
- A love worth waiting for.
- The little foxes that spoil the vineyard.
- The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom.
