Exodus 50 - Separation of State and Church

It is from God who ordained the separation of ruler from high priest, one person wore both hats in the very ancient kingdoms (Pharaoh). Several men tried to recombine these positions but God nixed it overtime. However, the Antichrist will again bring these two elements together in the Great Tribulation. The Tabernacle is God's ongoing display of the price of sin: judgment (you or Christ) in order to enter into fellowship with a holy God.
