Side By Side: Helping In Truth & Love

To be like Jesus is not merely to share His virtues, but to relate to other people as Jesus related to people. Jesus moved in the direction of needs. Jesus entered into others’ pain. Jesus ministered grace, but never minimized sin. Jesus accepted people right where they were at, yet empowered them to change for the better. Jesus is still doing this today, through His body, the church. When Spirit-filled, gifted believers relate to one another in this way... “...the body... is working properly... and is building itself up in love.” Ephesians 4:16 (Amp) This Sunday we’ll continue our study of Ephesians 4 with “Side by Side: Helping in Truth and Love.”
