Lord of the Storm

The flood of New Orleans had one of two causes: either it was a random, natural event, or it was a spiritual event under God's control. Most people, even within the church, will see the flood as a purely natural event. This viewpoint will cause them to miss that God is the One who causes well-being and calamity, and that God has spiritual purposes in disasters.
