The Whole World Guilty before God

After an introduction and Paul's readiness to preach the gospel to those at Rome, the scripture which follows from chapter 1 verse 18 through chapter 3, verse 8 proves that both Jews and Gentiles are all under sin. Verses 9 through 20 of chapter 3 show us the deep depravity into which all of us humans have fallen so that every mouth is stopped and all the world is guilty before God. Verses 21 through 26 relate the hope for sinners which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe that Jesus is the propitiation through faith in his blood.
