The Disciples Honor Their King

The excitement had been growing for three years. Hundreds of people had been healed by Jesus, thousands had witnessed His miracles, and news of Him had spread throughout Palestine, He was widely recognized by the common people as their promised Messiah, and the hope was that He was coming to Jerusalem to assume His throne. He had shown himself to be a prophet, He was about to offer himself as our great high priest, now as He entered the city in a victor's parade, He reveals himself as our king.
