People who are unprepared for what they will encounter when they engage addicts to help them, find it quite daunting. Addicts are so enmeshed in way of life that carefully engineers the future safety of their addiction. People who want to help them must find a way through these layers of resistance to help them come to true repentance. While I was not able to cover all of the material I intended to cover here, I have included comprehensive notes. Please read them and be encouraged to carry the gospel of peace to perishing addicts.
