Prayer's Submission

Expanding his teaching regarding the activity of the Holy Spirit in the prayer lives of God's people, the Apostle underscores the omniscience of the Holy Spirit and so His perfect knowledge not only of each believer's inmost longings but also of the plan and purpose of God. It is according to God's will that believers be so instructed by the Holy Spirit, and that they be brought to bow in grateful desire for the carrying out of the will of God.
