The Source, Causes, and Operations in Salvation

The Apostle Paul, after explaining the depths of depravity into which man has fallen and walks in Ephesians 2:1-3, and; thereby, convincingly displaying man's utter inability to save himself from the wrath of God, leaves us feeling the weight of our condemnation. We wonder, "Is there hope for me the sinner?" "How can I be saved from the wrath to come when all I have done in my life is sin against God?" From what we have heard and felt, Paul centers our thoughts on the God of Salvation. God Alone is the Source, the Cause, and the Great Physician of the soul who brings spiritual Life to those who are dead in transgressions.
