A review of Calvin's Institutes of the Christian Religion, chapter 20, sections 34-49 concerning the Lord's Prayer.
Though misused by Romanists as a vainly repeated rote chant, this Divinely given model prayer is vital and necessary instruction on the manner in which we are to pray.
Not in vain did our Lord's disciples ask, "Lord, teach us to pray," and not in vain do we study our Lord's response to learn how to pray.
