Studies in Genesis (No. 1)

Dr. John Whitcomb gave these messages to a group gathered for a week of fellowship and teaching at the Word of Life Florida Conference Center in Hudson, Fla. In this first message, Dr. Whitcomb begins with an introductory overview of "The Five Worlds of History, Science and Prophecy" as well as the seven dispensations of traditional dispensationalism. He then goes on to compare the Biblical order of creation events with the order proposed by evolutionism, showing that Jesus Christ, the Creator of the world, began with a plan for mankind that included both creation and redemption. "We will be perfect, like Adam and Eve were when they were created," Dr. Whitcomb states of Christians, "and we will be teachable forever and ever."
