Isaiah's Book of Consolation #3

Today we address Isaiah 40:12-31. God had promised comfort, i.e. salvation, to His people who were hopelessly in bondage to sin and to their oppressors. But can God deliver them? Isiah shows forth in this section of Scripture the ability of God to bring to pass what He has promised to His people.
