The Covered-up Change of Baptist Principles

"THE BAPTIST WATERGATE" was the original title of this lecture given at the Baptist History Conference in Alderson WV circa 1975.

It is the story of the CHANGE in Baptist doctrine from Calvinism to Arminianism, Fullerism and Finneyism. Doctrine was changed gradually and the change was so effectively COVERED UP that in our days many Baptists never even heard of ELECTION, PREDESTINATION, PARTICULAR REDEMPTION and THE EFFECTUAL CALL. They know a little something about "eternal security" but have no idea of what such security (if REAL) is founded upon.
