That You May Have Life

In these verses, we have arrived at the conclusion of the Gospel of John. However, John is not finished instructing us so he provides an epilogue in chapter 21. Our text brings us to the remedy for the greatest problems our nation is facing; your family is facing; our church is facing; you are facing. The greatest need of all of us is, "life in His Name." There are two parts to John 20:30-31. The first part (v30) reminds us of the signs that prove that Jesus is the Son of God. The second part (v31) speaks of the reason for the signs – that you might believe and have life.
