(358) Are You Known by Christ? - Mt.7:21-23

When Jesus shocks people on judgment day—people who devoted their lives to serving Jesus and find themselves being sent to hell—you might expect Jesus to say, "Depart from me, because you never knew me." But instead, he says, "Depart from me because I never knew you."
Why does he focus on his lack of knowledge of them? And what are the implications for us? Are you absolutely certain that Jesus knows you in this sense?
