Faith's demands and duties

Faced with particular and pressing demands, the apostles ask, "Increase our faith!" While we understand and appreciate the request, our Lord's response seems to direct the disciples toward the substance of faith rather than its measure. When faith operates, great things are accomplished, and all the praise belongs not to the servant who serves, but to the Master who sends, for the servant has only done his duty.
