True Christians Are Generous to Those in Need

"But whoever has the world's goods, and beholds his brother in need and closes his heart against him, how does the love of God abide in him?" If we do not love a Christian brother enough to help him or her in time of need, we do not have the love of God in us. We are pretenders. There is no such thing as a stingy, cold-hearted Christian.
