Jesus empowered the ancient church with a Communion strategy designed to create supernatural unity, loving community, and holy living in view of His return. His strategy was the celebration of the Lord's Supper every week, as an actual meal, centered on a single cup and loaf. Churches not following this strategy have turned the last supper into the lost supper.
