I Sat Down in His Shade

In the second part of verse 3 we find the Bride relating her own subjective experience in relation to this apple tree. This is what we want to think about together this afternoon. There are 3 things which stand out in what she relates about her experience which show us that hers is a true and saving faith in Jesus Christ. 1st - She sat down in his shade. Secondly - She did so with great delight. And thirdly - His fruit was sweet to her taste. Let's learn more about the acts and experiences of saving faith through the Bride's relating what she did in relation to Christ.
