Pour Water on His People

We see here where God pours water upon His people which is symbolic of His spirit. All those that are thirsty He bids to come unto Him and drink, in one portion of scripture it says, then out of your belly's will flow rivers of living water, just as that He said that would water the dry places and flow through the deserts.
