The Christian's Response to Government

What does the Bible say about governmental powers? As Christians we are to recognize the power of the state in obedience to God's Word. "Render unto Caesar what is Caesar's and render unto God what is God's." In Romans 13 God appoints Rulers and in Job 12 He makes nations. Proverbs21:1,"The King's heart is in the hand of the Lord, like the rivers of water He turns it wherever He wishes."
