Jesus, I Need to be Broken

Even people who don't know much about the Bible, have a problem with the idea that God has the right to judge them. Moreover, they are astounded when confronted with the possibility that God will actually judge and destroy them personally for their sin. Religious people are even more surprised that God will judge them. God, remember, can see what you think, just as well as He can see what you do. Pharisees watched Jesus to see what He would do. How dreadful! Looking good on the outside, but full of pride on the inside. They want to judge THE JUDGE! So busy doing things for God that we don't listen to God. What actual things in your life show that you love Him? Will you submit to God's word? If you won't listen to God, what would make you think God will listen to you? More religion, more pride. There will be many very religious people in hell. These religious people lacked compassion. We will put self at the center of everything. It is so hard to get people to see they need Jesus. I need to be broken. Jesus, I need to be broken.
