The Biblical Basis for Our Constitution

But today the First Amendment is used as an axe to sever the Christian faith from every area of public life. And now with the help of activist courts, the religious freedom guaranteed to Christians and all others is being threatened as unelected judges invent rights not found in the Constitution and give them priority over the ones that are actually there. Let’s take a look at how the runaway courts are now implementing liberal policies rather than fairly deciding the law.
