The Authority of the Bible

2011 is the 400th anniversary of the King James Version of the Bible. The authority of the scriptures is basic to our understanding of God. We can spend our lives searching for error and seeking to find problems with translation, but all of that will be in vain. The search will only waste valuable time that could be spent finding out what God has to say to us. The Bible is not to be taken as having many interpretations, but is the inspired word of God retained for us that we may benefit by it.
