In the Beginning - Lesson 23 - Canaan Cursed - Gen. 9:18-29. Right after the departure from the ark we are reminded that the sinfulness on the earth is US! Mankind. We all will sin because we are all sinners. In our text this week we find Noah sinning (drunkenness) and Ham sinning (dishonoring his father and mocking his sin by delighting in it with his brothers. What we find is not a complicated situation - even the righteous sin. What do we do when we sin? Turn back to Christ in repentance and faith. He is our victory.
