16 Unity and Christ's Peace

What holds Christians together in unity? It is what we share. Same foundation - Jesus Christ. We are all justified by faith. What we are going through is essentially the same. Sanctification, we might have different paths, but the methods and the goals are the same for everyone. And we share the same purpose, to glorify God and enjoy Him forever. There is no other ground of unity that can withstand the sinfulness of man. What is the peace of Christ? If you don't have God's word, you won't have God's peace. If you reject the Bible as the perfect foundation, the only infallible foundation for faith and life, you won't find peace.
