Are sacrifices negotiable with God? Can we lean unto our own understanding and disregard His Word in devising the way we deign to come to Him? Ludicrous questions for anyone acquainted with the Word of God. But those are the options Cain chose, in the process leaving an indelible mark on the history of the sin beast as he crouches at the door awaiting his opening.
