Godly Edifying in Faith

Why does the LORD at times hide the treasure of Christ in Scripture from us? Why should we try not to 'reshape the Word'? Why do we need to be stripped of everything in ourselves to truly worship the LORD? Why do we need correction when hearing the Word? Was there doctrine other than the doctrine of Christ being taught at the time this epistle was written by Paul? What does it mean not to give heed to fables? Why are some more interested in being entertained than to hear the Truth of the Gospel? Why are we admonished to walk in Christ and keep walking in Him? What do we learn by Paul's warning not to be drawn away with the adversaries doctrines that mix fable with Truth? Why must we believe the Gospel? What is the only way we make our hearts and minds pure?
