Certain Failure - Certain Grace

Moses is commanded to write down some implications to the Ten Commandments; the Book of the Covenant. This will begin to establish case law for Israel. What becomes clear is the failure to keep the Law that is certain. Equally clear is the grace that is greater than all their sins. This too is certain.
