The Importance of Praise

Notice here that there are two major ways that worship is being led and conducted by those in leadership. There is the appeal that everyone in worship should praise the Lord; singing, joyfully shouting to Him with Psalms, extolling His greatness as King and Creator. There is also the visible expression of reverence – “Come let us worship and bow down, let us kneel before the Lord our Maker.” There is in this kneeling and bowing great reverence that is being shown to God, and also the confession of Him as our God, and that we are the sheep of His hand.
