Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost; which he shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Saviour.

Without the work of the Holy Spirit in the lost sinner's life there is no repentance. If there is no repentance, there is no salvation. Much of today's so called preaching leaves this out. Br. Pete shows the work of God's Spirit in salvation in the book of Esther.
