Jesus called himself the Good Shepherd. Scipture also identifies Christ as the Chief Shepherd and the Great Shepherd who gives his life for the sheep.
The sheep are believers - you and I if our faith is in Christ. So of what use are we as sheep to the Good Shepherd?
