The Effects of Christ's Death

The death of Christ worked in the lives of three groups of people: the whole crowd, the centurion, and the women who followed Jesus from Galilee. There will always be opposition in the Christian life. However, the cause of Christ will ultimately be fulfilled with or without us. What we expect in every Christian at the Lord's Supper is genuine sorrow, repentance, and faith in Christ.
