Hearing the Word Preached

It is a wonderful thing to come to the preaching of the Word. At times, people have come to church to mock the preaching of the Word and have left converted. We should come to the preaching and we should come desirous of getting as much food as we can by the grace of God for our own souls.

We should come having made due preparation. We look at what this means and how we should receive and respond to the preached Word.
