An Introduction to the Prophetical Books (Part 2)

The prophecies of the prophets recorded in the OT are about contemporary issues in Israel such as Israel's idolatry, disobedience, and God's judgment and restoration of His people because of His perfect love. But more importantly, the prophets announced the 1st coming of the Messiah as a servant, and His 2nd coming as a King, to judge the nations and to rule in his everlasting kingdom, with his people, the assembly of the redeemed, through His perfect sacrifice.
